黄芪药材在产地加工过程中,常采用硫磺熏蒸的方法,以达到防虫、防霉、易于干燥的目的,但其对黄芪药材的内在质量有较大的影响,因此亟需开发硫熏的替代技术。该文以黄芪药材外观性状、有效成分含量、含水量、浸出物含量和微生物含量为指标,比较9种加工方法(传统加工方法、硫磺熏蒸和7种替代加工技术)所生产黄芪药材的质量优劣。最终确定热风微波联用技术可作为黄芪药材的硫磺熏蒸替代技术。
Astragalus herbs in the processing of origin, sulfur fumigation often used in order to achieve the purpose of pest control, mildew, easy to dry, but its inherent quality of Astragalus medicine have a greater impact, it is urgent need to develop sulfur smoked alternative technology . In this paper, the appearance quality of Astragalus, the content of active ingredients, the content of water, the content of extract and the content of microorganism were taken as indexes to compare the quality of Radix Astragali prepared by nine kinds of processing methods (traditional processing method, sulfur fumigation and seven alternative processing techniques) inferior. Finally determine the hot air microwave technology can be used as the Astragalus sulfur fumigation alternative technology.
