去年6月下旬至年底,我院福建地质大队,在各级党委的直接领导下,以党的“教育为无产阶级政治服务,教育与生产劳动相结合”的方针为纲,接受了福建省地质局的住务,在闽中、闽南地区进行1/20万的地质测量和矿点检查工作,以找铁为主供钢铁生产需要。半年来共检查铁矿点一千几百个,其中有用者4—5百个,上百万吨的有8～9处(大部分是矽卡岩型)。我们收集了这些资料,归纳整理撰辑此文。在编写过程中曾参照边效曾、潘廓祥所著“福建省铁矿的已知工业类型的普查方向及发展远景”一文;我大队赵鹏大同志及其他老师和同学们都热心的帮助收集资料和提供意见,并给于莫大的鼓励。本文是在党的教育方针光辉照耀下,全队师生共同劳动的成果。
