本文提出了标志点火线圈品质的压流比K_A=U-2/I-d重要概念。在此基础上,着重阐述了点火线圈参数计算方法的思路及各参数间的内在联系。并以12伏带附加电阻点火线圈参数的计算论述了在发动机压缩比为6~7,火花塞间隙为0.7毫米等条件下,点火线圈最佳参数值。从中示出了具体的计算程序,给出了若干实用的基础计算曲线族。
In this paper, the important concepts of the pressure flow ratio K_A = U-2 / I-d, which mark the quality of the ignition coil, are proposed. On this basis, the author elaborates the train of thought of the calculation method of ignition coil parameters and the intrinsic relations among the parameters. The calculation of ignition coil parameters with additional resistance at 12 volts is discussed. The optimal parameters of ignition coil under the conditions of engine compression ratio of 6 ~ 7 and spark plug gap of 0.7 mm are discussed. The specific calculation program is shown, and a few useful basic calculation curves are given.
