明太祖朱元璋建国之后,吸取了前代官逼民反、腐败亡国的教训。为了达到防范权力腐败的目的,制定了严密的官吏之法。其法令之严前所未有,开创了“洪武之治”。到了明朝中后期,吏法废弛,最终导致了明王朝覆灭。明代灭亡的原因很多,其中很重要的一点就是吏治问题。明代给我们留下宝贵的人事管理遗产,我们应当加以潜心研究,做到古为今用,以提升当前人事管理的有效性。本文正是在明代的启示下,探讨当前人事管理有效性提升的问题。
