劳山油田自2007年试采以来,举升方式主要以有杆泵为主,油杆偏磨和断脱以及高耗能成了油田发展的瓶颈问题。为此引进了数控智能抽油机采油技术,经过两年的试验,取得了较好的效果。本文从技术和经济等方面对数控智能抽油机进行了系统分析和评价,并得出了初步试验结论:数控智能抽油机适用与劳山特低渗透油田,能真解决油杆偏磨问题,提高采油泵的工作效益,能真正达到节能减排降耗的目标。
