提出了一种新的转子动平衡原理与方法——动刚度系数法,它可自动计算出支承系统在若干转速下的瞬态动刚度系数和阻尼系数,并求出所需配重,经1~2次配重,即可完成平衡。为此采用了锁相环电路和自动跟踪滤波电路,智能以八位单片机8051为核心,以十二位的高速数模转换芯片AD574为基础,设计一套智能电测系统。该系统具有自动控制模拟电路的传递函数,对数据可进行自动采集、处理和存储,经通讯口送入主机内,使主机具有多种智能化功能
A new principle and method of rotor dynamic balancing - dynamic stiffness coefficient method is proposed.
