本研究用牙周病学与学相结合的方法，对６０例牙周炎患者作了检查，并观察了磨牙症者的临床疗效。结果表明，牙周炎患者有的异常，磨牙症发生率为４６％，肌电检查结果为：姿势位电位值升高，最大紧咬电位值减小，平均每牙力值降低，对磨牙症患者用常规的牙周治疗方法可取得明显的疗效。
