目的了解芳香化酶(AIs)在McCune-Albright综合征和睾丸毒症中的应用。方法通过文献复习对AIs在这两种少见的外周性性早熟疾病中的应用进行综述。结果随着分子病因学研究的不断深入,已对这两种疾病的病理生理和发病机制有了较多了解,但临床一直缺少有效的药物治疗。第3代AIs(来曲唑等),由于可有效降低机体雌二醇水平,延缓骨骺闭合,对患者获得较好的最终身高有利,且副作用小,而用于临床研究。结论临床应用表明,对于女性M cCune-Albright综合征的疗效可能较差,但在治疗男性性早熟中,第3代AIs(来曲唑等)显示出比较理想的疗效。
Objective To understand the application of aromatase (AIs) in McCune-Albright syndrome and testicular toxicity. Methods The review of the literature reviews the application of AIs in these two rare peripheral precordial diseases. Results With the further research of molecular etiology, the pathophysiology and pathogenesis of these two diseases have been well understood, but there is a lack of effective medical treatment in clinic. The third generation of AIs (letrozole, etc.), as can effectively reduce the body’s estradiol levels, delay epiphyseal closure, the patient to obtain a better final height advantage, and the side effects of small, and for clinical research. Conclusions The clinical application shows that the efficacy of M cCune-Albright syndrome in women may be poor, but the third generation of AIs (letrozole, etc.) shows an ideal therapeutic effect in the treatment of male precocious puberty.
