以5年生人参成熟叶片为研究材料,采用人参小叶长、宽数据,结合统计软件进行人参小叶面积、复叶面积和总叶面积回归分析,建立回归方程。结果表明,采用人参小叶长宽之积(L·W)估测小叶面积、复叶面积和全株总叶面积结果比较好,回归方程分别为:y=-0.0009x2+0.7033x+0.0295,相关系数R~2=0.9908;y=0.0001x2+0.5934x+16.694,相关系数R2=0.9764;y=-0.000 065 3x~2+0.5154x+58.5838,相关系数R~2=0.9889。研究表明,用人参小叶长宽之积(L·W)估测小叶面积、复叶面积和全株总叶面积是可行的,相关系数在0.97以上。同时研究发现利用人参掌状复叶对称性,测量第1、2、3小叶长、宽数据即可估算复叶面积。该研究提供了一个更简便、快速有效的检测人参叶面积的方法,明显降低了田间调查工作量,具有较好的应用价值。
Taking the 5-year-old ginseng mature leaves as the research material, using the ginseng leaflet length and width data, combined with the statistical software to carry on the regression analysis of the ginseng leaflet area, the compound leaf area and the total leaf area, establishes the regression equation. The results showed that the leaf area, the area of the compound leaf and the total leaf area of the whole plant were estimated by using L · W of ginseng, the regression equation was: y = -0.0009x2 + 0.7033x + 0.0295, respectively The coefficient R ~ 2 = 0.9908; y = 0.0001x2 + 0.5934x + 16.694, the correlation coefficient R2 = 0.9764; y = -0.000 065 3x ~ 2 + 0.5154x + 58.5838, the correlation coefficient R ~ 2 = 0.9889. Studies have shown that it is feasible to estimate the leaf area, the area of the compound leaf and the total leaf area of the whole plant with the L · W of ginseng leaf length and breadth (correlation coefficient of 0.97 or more). At the same time, it was found that the complex leaf area can be estimated by measuring the symmetry of the palmately compound leaf of ginseng and measuring the length, width and width of the first, second and third leaflets. This study provided a simple, rapid and effective method for detecting leaf area of ginseng, which significantly reduced the workload of field investigation and had good application value.
