随着我国改革工作的不断推进,事业单位取得了较好地成绩,但是仍然存在着很多的问题,在新常态下只有使得事业单位人力资源管理机制的灵活性与有效性得到提高,才能为社会、民众提供更好的服务。笔者结合多年的工作经验,就事业单位人力资源管理中激励机制的运用现状进行分析,并提出了改善运用现状的对策与建议。
