何谓“双师型”教师?建设一支充满活力、教学经验丰富、理论联系实际的教师队伍在当代卫生教育事业中有着无可替代、举足轻重的作用。然而现实中,医学再教育平台的搭建工作欠缺,教师资源短缺,医学专业教师课务繁重,收入和付出并未得到科学、公平的对待。重点阐述在不断发展的中国医疗卫生事业中,“双师型”教师资源如何得到完善和发展,建立收入分配激励机制,让“名医”走进课堂,让“名师”走进医院,从而体验“双权威”的劳动成果,让学生更好地学习知识,服务人民。
