目的为探讨哲盟地区幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的危险因素,1990年4月-1991年3月对599例慢性胃炎和胃溃疡患者进行了观察。方法进行流行病学调查,在单因素分析的基础上进行多因素分析。结果 Hp 阳性率53.9%(323/599)。有关 Hp 感染的影响因素经逐步回归和对数线性模型分析,表明家庭成员有胃病史和接触牲畜2个因素可能是本地区Hp 感染的重要危险因素。结论本地区 Hp 感染危险因素是家庭成员有胃病史和接触牲畜。
Objective To investigate the risk factors for Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in the Zhe-Hue area from April 1990 to March 1991, 599 patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer were observed. Methods Epidemiological survey, multivariate analysis based on the single factor analysis. Results The positive rate of Hp was 53.9% (323/599). The factors influencing Hp infection were analyzed by stepwise regression and log-linear model. The results showed that family members had stomach history and contact with livestock may be an important risk factor of Hp infection in this area. Conclusions The risk factors for Hp infection in this area are family members who have a history of stomach disease and are exposed to livestock.
