[目的]了解大学生营养状况,膳食营养素摄入情况以及身体素质情况,以便更好地指导其合理膳食。[方法]采用询问法对某校临床专业1~2年级全体住校学生共206名进行3d膳食调查、体格检查和实验室检查。[结果]学生的膳食以粮谷类为主。一日三餐热能分配比例不适宜,早餐仅占23.5%。蔬菜、水果、水产类、乳类摄入甚少;钙、视黄醇当量、维生素C摄入量均低于(推荐摄入量)RNI。女生的贫血率(13.4%)和慢性营养不良率(18.75%)明显高于男生(分别为5.3%和5.32%),经χ2检验差异均有统计学意义(P值均﹤0.05)。[结论]该医学校学生营养水平不甚理想,建议调整膳食结构,提高蔬菜水果、乳类、维生素A和维生素C的摄入量。
[Objective] To understand the nutritional status of college students, the intake of dietary nutrients and physical fitness in order to better guide their reasonable diet. [Methods] A total of 206 school-resided students from 1 to 2 years of clinical majors in a certain school were enrolled in this study. The 3-D diet, physical examination and laboratory tests were conducted. [Results] The students’ diet mainly consisted of grains. Three meals a day heat distribution ratio is not appropriate, breakfast accounted for only 23.5%. Vegetables, fruits, aquatic products and milk intake were very low; calcium, retinol and vitamin C intake were lower than RNI (recommended intake). The anemia rate (13.4%) and chronic malnutrition rate (18.75%) in girls were significantly higher than those in boys (5.3% and 5.32% respectively). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The nutrition level of the medical school students is not ideal, it is recommended to adjust the diet and improve the intake of fruits and vegetables, milk, vitamin A and vitamin C.
