白蛾周氏啮小蜂是许多种农林害虫的天敌,尤其是对美国白蛾(HyphantriacuneaDrary)这种世界性检疫害虫效果更为显著。本实验利用三刀法和接种法通过柞蚕蛹人工大量繁殖白蛾周氏啮小蜂。结果显示,三刀法对于繁殖白蛾周氏啮小蜂是非常有效的,达到95%的寄生率。我们观察和描述了白蛾啮小蜂的生物学特性和生活史,并且发现了更多的寄主。三刀法作为饲养白蛾周氏啮小蜂的一种新技术已经被推广和应用。图4表1参5。
White moths Chow is the natural enemies of many species of agricultural and forestry pests, especially for the United States white moth (HyphantriacuneaDrary) the world quarantine pests effect is more pronounced. In this experiment, three-knife method and inoculation method were used to breed the white moth Chow’s bees by artificial propagation in tussah pupae. The results showed that the San Dao method is very effective for the breeding of the white moth Chaetomium larvae, reaching 95% of the parasitism rate. We observed and described the biological characteristics and life history of Beetles, and found more hosts.
