82年我们曾用加味四逆散治疗急性黄疸病36例,皆获良效。现简介如下: 一般资料:36例中女性17例,男性19例。年龄6～12岁19例,13～18岁5例,19—46岁12例。病程1～2周18例,2～3周12例,3～5周6例。方剂组成:柴胡12克白芍30克枳实12克芦荟12克茵陈30克板兰根30克贯众30克白花蛇舌草30克延胡索12克甘草10克。儿童酌减。加减法:如大便秘结加大黄;疼痛较剧加香附、郁金;食欲不振加焦三仙、鸡内金。疗效:36例全部治愈。治愈时间:2周19例,3周11例,超过一月者6例。服药最多为18剂,最少者2剂。目视黄疸退净最少者5天,最多者16天。典型病例:(1)张××,女,38岁,82年7月21日初诊:胁肋疼痛,心烦呕吐已一周
In 82 years, we used Modified Sini Powder to treat 36 cases of acute jaundice, and all received good results. The brief introduction is as follows: General information: There are 36 females in 17 cases and 19 males. There were 19 cases aged 6 to 12 years, 5 cases 13 to 18 years old, and 12 cases 19 to 46 years old. The disease duration was 1 to 2 weeks in 18 cases, 2 to 3 weeks in 12 cases, and 3 to 5 weeks in 6 cases. Formula composition: Bupleurum 12 grams Angelica 30 grams Gorgon 12 grams Aloe 12 grams Capillaria 30 grams Banlangen 30 grams Guanzhong 30 grams Hedyotis diffusa 30 grams Corydalis 12 grams Licorice 10 grams. Children reduce it. Addition and subtraction: If the constipation increases yellow; pain more drama plus Xiang Fu, turmeric; loss of appetite plus coke three cents, chicken gold. Efficacy: All 36 cases were cured. Time of cure: 19 cases 2 weeks, 11 cases 3 weeks, and 6 cases more than 1 month. Dosing up to 18 doses, at least 2 doses.
