刀柱式采空区下方近距离煤层采用综采工艺回采时,刀柱会受到上方岩层垂直应力和下方工作面超前支撑应力的双重影响。同时煤柱将应力传递给下层煤岩体,在下方综采工作面形成应力集中区,对下方工作面顶板的稳定性、支撑压力的分布产生影响。针对唐山沟煤矿刀柱式采空区下方12#煤层的回采实际,研究刀柱下方综采工作面顶板应力分布规律,为回采巷道支护设计以及支架选型提供理论依据。
When the fully mechanized coal mining is carried out, the pillars will be affected by both the vertical stress of the upper strata and the advanced supporting stress of the lower working face. At the same time, the coal pillar transmits the stress to the underlying coal and rock mass, forming a stress concentration zone in the fully mechanized coal mining face below, affecting the roof stability and supporting pressure distribution of the lower working face. Aiming at the actual mining of 12 # coal seam below the knife post gob of Tangshangou coal mine, the roof stress distribution law of fully mechanized coal mining face beneath the knife post is studied to provide a theoretical basis for the design of support roadway and the scaffold selection.
