严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)是由一种新发现的动物源性SARS冠状病毒(SARS coronavirus)引起,具有高致病性、高传染性和高病死率的新型人类疾病。现已鉴定SARS-CoV的刺突糖蛋白上的受体结合域(RBD)介导了病毒与靶细胞的相互作用,在跨种属传播起了十分重要的作用。现综述RBD的组成、功能和应用等方面的研究进展。
Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) is a new human disease caused by a newly discovered SARS coronavirus with high pathogenicity, high infectivity and high case fatality. It has been identified that the receptor binding domain (RBD) on the spike glycoprotein of SARS-CoV mediates the interaction of the virus with target cells and plays a very important role in cross-species transmission. Now review the composition, function and application of RBD research progress.
