１ 病历简介患者，女，３２岁，胸骨下端硬节１年。检查：胸骨下端及剑突前有一隆起结节，皮肤不红肿，无压痛，触之韧而光滑不移动。ＣＴ表现：胸骨下端前后示一葫芦形，软组织密度影（图１），胸骨前瘤样部分向前膨隆性生长，胸骨后侧呈半圆形压迫肝脏局部呈凹形。实质密度
1 The medical history describes the patient, female, 32 years old, and the hard part of the lower sternum is 1 year. Examination: There is a raised nodule at the lower end of the sternum and before the xiphoid process. The skin is not swollen or tender. The touch is tough and smooth and does not move. CT findings: A gourd-shaped, soft-tissue density shadow (Fig. 1) in front and back of the lower part of the sternum shows a forward bulging growth of the presternal tumor and a semi-circular compression of the liver on the back of the sternum.
