In the past two decades, there is no denying that China’s real estate industry and urbanization have witnessed a rapid development for 20 years. The institutional basis for the development of these two decades is land finance with Chinese characteristics. These two decades of development not only bring about a high degree of prosperity in the real estate industry, but also lay deep roots for China’s economy and society.
