青岛深蓝中心1号综合塔楼地上共74层,建筑高度328.60m,采用框架-核心筒-外伸臂钢桁架结构体系。外框架为型钢混凝土柱与钢梁,为了增加弱轴抗侧刚度,东西立面框架柱间距加密,且由钢筋混凝土核心筒与周边框架组成双重抗侧力体系。塔楼采用3m厚整体筏板基础,局部采用岩石锚杆抵抗水浮力。针对项目的特点和超限情况,对结构小震弹性、中震弹塑性、大震弹塑性及关键节点等进行深入分析,结果表明,结构能满足所设定的抗震性能目标,具有良好的抗震性能。
A total of 74 floors above ground, with a height of 328.60m, is constructed on the No. 1 integrated tower of Qingdao Cyan Center, adopting the frame-core tube-outrigger steel truss structure system. The outer frame is a steel-reinforced concrete column and a steel beam. In order to increase the lateral stiffness of the weak axis, the spacing between the east and west facade frames is encrypted, and a double anti-side force system is formed by the reinforced concrete core tube and the peripheral frame. The tower uses a 3m thick raft foundation as a whole and a rock bolt is used locally to resist water buoyancy. According to the characteristics of the project and the overrun condition, the paper analyzes the small earthquakes’ elasticity, the medium earthquakes, the plasticity and the key nodes of the large earthquakes. The results show that the structure can meet the set anti-seismic performance targets and has good anti-seismic performance.
