广播电视大学开放教育一向主张以学生自主学习为中心的教学模式,所有课程一直采用面授辅导+网上学习相结合的混合教学模式,但其有效性并没有得到很好的体现。广播电视大学转型为开放大学,对网络课程资源、教学效果、尤其是视频课堂提出了新的要求。翻转课堂注重视频的制作和课堂设计,对于视频资源,须从学生角度出发,以能够变“要我学”为“我要学”为目标,自己制作或共享其他老师优质视频;而基于问题的课堂设计恰恰可以将教师有针对性的辅导和学生的个性化学习、小组协作式学习完美结合。所以,翻转课堂教学模式更加符合开放教育的教学理念。
The Open Education of Radio and Television University has always advocated a student-centered learning model. All courses have been using a combination of face-to-face instruction and online learning, but their effectiveness has not been well represented. The transformation of RTVU to an open university has set new demands on online course resources, teaching effects, especially in video classrooms. Flip classroom focus on video production and classroom design, video resources, from the student point of view, to be able to change “want me to learn ” to “I want to learn ” as the goal, to create or share their own high quality video; The problem-based classroom design is precisely the teacher can be targeted counseling and personalized learning of students, the perfect combination of group collaborative learning. Therefore, turning the classroom teaching mode more in line with the teaching concept of open education.
