目的研究三白草氯仿提取部位对小鼠中枢抑制作用。方法采用Irwin行为分级法观察小鼠自发活动的影响;用斜板跌落法和爬杆法观察药物对小鼠协调运动的影响。结果三白草氯仿提取部位单次给药对小鼠的协调运动和自主活动有显著的抑制作用,其抑制作用剂量依赖性增强,且在给药后60和120min时,作用最为明显。结论在该试验条件下,受试药对小鼠的神经系统有抑制作用,表现在不同时间点受试药对小鼠的神经系统的影响不同。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of the extract of Saururus chinensis on the central nervous system in mice. Methods Irwin behavior grading method was used to observe the effect of spontaneous activity in mice. Results Single administration of the chloroform extract of Saururus chinensis had a significant inhibitory effect on the coordinated movement and voluntary activity of mice, and the inhibitory effect was dose-dependently enhanced. The effect was most obvious at 60 and 120 min after administration. Conclusion Under the test conditions, the tested drugs have inhibitory effect on the nervous system of mice, showing that the tested drugs have different effects on the nervous system of mice at different time points.
