细胞在增殖、分化及对外界刺激反应过程中 ,可伴随某些特殊基因的表达。利用这一特性 ,通过比较细胞在不同状态及不同分化阶段基因表达的差异 ,可以发现与细胞分化 /生长相关的基因。近年来国外学者发展了几种能有效进行差异表达基因分析的技术和方法 ,包括差异显示 PCR、代表性差异分析、抑制性消减杂交及 DNA微阵列等。本文主要对目前主要技术方法作一综述。
Cells in proliferation, differentiation and response to external stimuli, may be accompanied by the expression of some special genes. Using this feature, genes related to cell differentiation / growth can be found by comparing the differences in gene expression between cells in different states and in different stages of differentiation. In recent years, foreign scholars have developed several techniques and methods that can effectively differentially expressed genes, including differential display PCR, representative difference analysis, suppression subtractive hybridization and DNA microarrays. This article mainly summarizes the main technical methods at present.
