近年来,随着各地住宅产业化项目的实施,我国装配式混凝土结构进入高速发展阶段,这促使其施工对安全设计的需求不断提高。吊装贯穿了装配式结构各个施工环节,包括脱模起吊、翻转、运输起吊及现场吊装等。吊装施工与安全是构件施工重点环节,不同类型吊装方法以及吊装系统的差异,会导致吊装过程中受力不平衡,吊装偏差大,甚至会对构件造成无法修复的损坏。因此,专用吊具以及预埋吊件的选用对吊装设计以及施工中的作用日益凸显。本文从预制混凝土吊具的发展历程和现状,阐述了吊具产品所处的技术水平,并对发展趋势进行了展望。
In recent years, with the implementation of residential industrialization projects in various places, the fabricated concrete structure of our country has entered a stage of rapid development, which has prompted the demand for its safety design to be continuously improved. Lifting throughout the assembly structure of the various construction links, including demoulding lifting, overturning, transport lifting and on-site lifting and so on. Hoisting construction and safety are the key aspects of component construction. The differences between different types of hoisting methods and hoisting systems can result in unbalanced loading, large lifting deviation, and even irreparable damage to components. Therefore, the use of special spreaders and precast hanging pieces of hoisting design and construction has become increasingly prominent role. This article elaborates the technical level of the spreader products from the development history and current situation of the precast concrete spreader, and forecasts the development trend.
