纵振换能器以结构简单、性能稳定等优点被广泛应用于鱼雷自导、水声对抗等领域。为研究多谐振纵振换能器的宽带特性,文中在设计制作一种双激励宽带纵振换能器的基础上,设计制作了一种三激励宽带纵振换能器,并对2种换能器样机进行了实验测量。结果表明,换能器实测性能和仿真结果吻合,三激励宽带换能器比双激励宽带换能器在优化设计时更容易控制,三激励宽带换能器比双激励宽带换能器在控制凹谷方面也更具优势,可为多谐振宽带纵振换能器的研究提供参考。
Longitudinal vibration transducer with simple structure, stable performance and other advantages are widely used torpedo self-guided, underwater acoustic and other fields. In order to study the broadband characteristics of multi-resonance longitudinal vibration transducer, a three-excitation wide-band longitudinal vibration transducer is designed and manufactured based on the design and fabrication of a double excitation longitudinal vibration transducer. Prototype experiments were carried out. The results show that the measured performance of the transducer is in good agreement with the simulation results. The three-excitation broadband transducer is easier to control than the dual-excitation broadband transducer in the optimized design. The three-excitation broadband transducer is better than the double- Valley also has more advantages, which can provide reference for the research of multiresonant broadband longitudinal vibration transducers.
