为了进一步探讨Sjgren综合征(简称SS)的发病机理。用CD系列的单克隆抗体,并采用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶桥联酶标法检测SS患者和健康者各10例外周血中分化抗原,活化抗原的分布。结果表明:SS患者外周血了细胞亚群变化明显。CD4减少,CD8增高,CD4/CD8比值下降。活化抗原的表达均增高。TLISA_1增高可能与细胞毒性T细胞有关;Ia增高除表明与B细胞百分率增高有关外,还表明有活化的T细胞;NK阳性细胞的降低可能对B细胞增殖、分化和抗体产生的抑制能力下降,从而B细胞增殖、产生多种自身抗体。通过实验为该病提供了免疫学资料,对进一步探讨SS的发病机理具有重要意义。
In order to further explore the pathogenesis of Sjgren syndrome (SS). Using CD series of monoclonal antibodies, alkaline phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase-linked enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to detect the distribution of differentiated antigens and activated antigens in peripheral blood of 10 patients with SS and healthy individuals. The results show that: SS patients with changes in peripheral blood cell subpopulations. CD4 decreased, CD8 increased, CD4 / CD8 ratio decreased. Activated antigen expression were increased. The increase of TLISA_1 may be related to the cytotoxic T cells. The increase of Ia indicates the activation of T cells in addition to the increase of the percentage of B cells. The decrease of NK positive cells may decrease the ability of B cells to proliferate, differentiate and inhibit the production of antibodies. B cell proliferation, resulting in a variety of autoantibodies. The experiment provides the immunological data for the disease, and is of great significance to further explore the pathogenesis of SS.
