国务院办公厅于2013年1月1日印发《关于转发发展改革委、住房城乡建设部绿色建筑行动方案的通知》(国办发〔2013〕1号)。《通知》指出,发展改革委、住房城乡建设部《绿色建筑行动方案》已经国务院同意,现转发给你们,请结合本地区、本部门实际,认真贯彻落实。
On January 1, 2013, the General Office of the State Council promulgated the Circular on Forwarding the Proposal of Green Building Action by the Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Guo Ban Fa [2013] No.1). The Circular states that the “Green Building Action Plan” issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has been approved by the State Council and is hereby forwarded to you. Please conscientiously implement the plan in light of the actual situation in our region and this department.
