PE 2400元素分析仪的还原管,是一个内部填充铜粉的石英玻璃管,使用一定次数后,管内铜粉氧化成氧化铜,并结成块,还原管报废。因石英玻璃管价格昂贵(约$100/支),故再生使用很有必要。国内有人用浓酸浸泡,使氧化铜溶解于酸中,但反应慢,腐蚀性强,也不利于铜的再生。我们采取加入石英砂的方法,使还原管再生取得了较好的效果。 1 试验部分1.1 仪器 PE2400 CHN元素分析仪(美PE公司) 管式电炉(800W)(哈尔滨第二电炉厂产) 控温仪NYC—2型(南京尧长机械厂产)1.2 松散剂石英砂的制备把石英砂(CP,60~80目)放入干净烧杯中,用浓盐酸浸泡2次,每次20min,再用玻璃丝过滤,用蒸馏水和去离子水多次冲洗,到无Cl~-为止,烘干,在500℃下灼烧1h即可,这样处理的石英砂,因除掉了可溶性金属离子和有机杂质,保证了纯度,所以可作为铜粉的松散剂。
