研究了在预制构件中用到的一种可持续性建筑材料——高胶凝材料用量砂浆在不同养护条件下的物理性能:抗压强度、吸水率和孔隙率。分别采用粉煤灰、粒化高炉矿渣和谷壳灰50%取代水泥,在水养护、空气养护、24 h 60℃热水—水养护、24 h 60℃热水—空气养护4种养护条件下养护。结果表明:24 h 60℃热水—空气养护条件下,砂浆试件具有最佳的抗压强度、较低的吸水率和孔隙率;掺有粒化高炉矿渣的砂浆在早期热水养护中具有更好的强度。
A kind of sustainable building material, which is used in prefabricated components, is studied. The physical properties of high mortar dosage mortar under different curing conditions: compressive strength, water absorption and porosity.
