随着信息技术的蓬勃发展,电子商务和网络技术在经济领域应用越来越广,网络营销已成为一种重要的营销方式,顾客满意也逐渐成为网络营销的核心。本文通过阐述顾客满意的内涵、网络营销中顾客满意的构成及特点,提出了通过转变传统营销服务观念及提供全方位的网络营销服务来提高网络中顾客的满意度。
With the flourishing development of information technology, the application of e-commerce and network technology in the economic field is more and more widely. Network marketing has become an important marketing mode, and customer satisfaction has gradually become the core of network marketing. This paper describes the connotation of customer satisfaction, the composition and characteristics of customer satisfaction in network marketing, and proposes to improve customer satisfaction in the network by changing the traditional concept of marketing services and providing a full range of online marketing services.
