一、引言钢管在轧制、冷拔、焊接或热处理之后,由于冷却不均匀、碰撞等原因产生弯曲变形,需要进行矫直,以使钢管的弯曲度、断面椭园度不大于使用要求。斜辊式钢管矫直机和其他类型的矫直机相比较,具有下列优点:1.矫直精度高,2.生产率高,3.钢管表面光洁度好,4.容易实现自动化。斜辊式钢管矫直机上唯一重要的工具——矫直辊,其辊型曲线设计的正确与否,是直接影响产品质量的关键,对于保证优质高产具有决定性的意义。矫直辊辊型曲线的设计方法在许多专业书藉及有关文献中都沿用苏联学者П.Т.耶涅尔
