日本宫内厅书陵部藏宋元版汉籍有一百四十余种,比美国国会图书馆、哈佛大学哈佛燕京图书馆及美国一些著名大学所藏宋元版汉籍的总和还要多。宫内厅书陵部系日本皇家机构,所藏图书不对外开放,日本学者亦少有入宫看书的机会,中国学者对这一部分藏书的了解更少。 我国政府和国家领导人一向关注流失在海外的中国古籍的命运,1981年中共中央《关于整理我国古籍的指示》要求:“散失在国外的古籍资料,也要通过各种办法争取弄回来,或复制回来,同时要有系统地翻印一批孤本、善本。”全国高校古籍整理研究工作委员会秘书处和北京大学中国古文献研究中心为落实中央指示精神,正在进行宫内厅书陵部藏宋元版汉籍复制工程,力争将一百四十余种宋元版汉籍全部复制回来,并有计划地选择其中国内缺藏或学术价值较高的若干种影印出版。目前已复制回国74种,尚差70种正在复制之中。其中,第一批14种(27函,181册)已于2001年12月由中国线装书局出版。现将该丛书的总序(《编纂缘起》)和各书的《影 印说明》发表,以飨读者。
There are more than 140 kinds of Chinese books in the Song and Yuan Dynasties in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Japan, more than the sum of the Song and Yuan dynasties collected by the United States Congress Library, Harvard Yenching Library at Harvard University and some famous universities in the United States many. Department of the Imperial Household Department Shulin Department of Japan’s Royal Agency, the collection of books is not open to the public, Japanese scholars rarely have the opportunity to read the palace, Chinese scholars know less about this part of the collection of books. Our government and state leaders have always been concerned about the fate of Chinese ancient books lost abroad. In 1981, the CPC Central Committee’s “Directive on the Arrangement of Ancient Books in China” requires: “Ancient books lost in foreign countries should also be backed up by various means or Copy back, at the same time have to systematically reprint a group of solitary, rare books. ”National Institute of ancient books collation Secretariat and Peking University Research Center for ancient Chinese literature to implement the directives of the Central Committee, Version of the Han copy project, and strive to copy more than one hundred and forty kinds of Song and Yuan dynasties all copied back, and plan to choose one of China’s lack of or high academic value of several kinds of photocopying. At present, 74 species have been copied back and 70 are still being copied. Among them, the first batch of 14 kinds (27 letters and 181 copies) was published by China Wire-bound Bookstore in December 2001. The general sequence of this series (“The Origins of Compilation”) and the “Photocopy Notes” of the various books are now published as readers.
