工程机械的性能、质量直接影响着工程能否高质量、高速度、低成本地完成,而液压系统的故障是引起工程机械性能、质量下降或丧失的主要原因。实践证明,机械设备总故障有40%发生在液压系统中,其中70%是因油液污染和选油不当造成。因此,了解与掌握其性能、作用,理顺关系、诊断故障、查找产生的原因,对做好机械设备的保养与使用有着重要的意义。
The performance and quality of construction machinery have a direct impact on whether the project can be completed with high quality, high speed and low cost. The failure of hydraulic system is the main reason that causes the performance and quality of construction machinery to decline or lose. Practice has proved that 40% of the total mechanical equipment failure occurred in the hydraulic system, of which 70% is due to oil pollution and improper oil election caused.
