著名经济学家厉以宁先生说过:对我国而言,入世后最大的挑战是人才的挑战。几十年的封闭型国情教育和数千年的封建传统影响,形成了浓厚的中国特色:固步自封、逆来顺受、看上司脸色行事等。这种人才在企业的未来竞争中,无论他文凭有多高,也无论他怎样乐于奉献,都会被淘汰出局。那么,入世后,我国人才评价和需求方面,出现了什么新走向呢?

Decades of closed-end situation education and thousands of years of feudal traditions, the formation of a strong Chinese characteristics: rest on their laurels, obedience, to see the boss face to act. This talent in the future competition of enterprises, no matter how high his diploma, no matter how dedication he is willing to sacrifice, will be eliminated.
