目的:优选分离雷公藤甲素的最佳大孔树脂类型。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定雷公藤甲素含量,考察树脂的吸附、解吸性能。结果:HPD100大孔吸附树脂的吸附和解吸性能最佳,其吸附率和解吸率均大于90%。结论:HPD100大孔吸附树脂适用于分离雷公藤甲素的分离。
Objective: To optimize the separation of triptolide best macroporous resin type. Methods: The content of triptolide was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the adsorption and desorption properties of the resin were investigated. Results: The adsorption and desorption properties of HPD100 macroporous resin were best, and the adsorption and desorption rates of HPD100 macroporous resin were more than 90%. Conclusion: HPD100 macroporous resin is suitable for the separation of triptolide.
