目的观察喜炎平注射液辅助治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效。方法选择69例患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组进行观察,对照组33例常规予青霉素治疗,治疗组36例,在予青霉素治疗的基础上,予喜炎平注射液5～10 mg/(kg·d),加入5%葡萄糖液100～250 ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,其余对症治疗两组相同。结果治疗组有效35例,总有效率97.2%;对照组有效25例,总有效率75.8%。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液辅助治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎,疗效满意,未见不良反应,使用安全,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis. Methods Sixty-nine children were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received routine treatment with penicillin and the treatment group received 36 cases. On the basis of penicillin treatment, Xiyanping injection 5 ~ 10 mg / (kg · d), add 5% glucose solution 100 ~ 250 ml intravenous infusion, 1 / d, the remaining symptomatic treatment of the same two groups. Results The treatment group was effective in 35 cases, the total effective rate was 97.2%; the control group was effective in 25 cases, the total effective rate was 75.8%.
