用蜂花粉和生理盐水分别给实验组和对照组小鼠灌胃,持续28天后,灌洗和培养两组小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞,并用速率法测定细胞内的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性。结果实验组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内的LDH活性显著高于对照组;进一步用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析LDH同工酶谱,结果发现实验组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内LDH_(3-4)有显著的升高。提示蜂花粉通过激活、增加LDH_(3-4)以激活巨噬细胞,提高其吞噬功能,增强免疫力。
The experimental group and the control group were intragastrically administered with bee pollen and saline, respectively, and the peritoneal macrophages of the two groups were lavaged and cultured for 28 days. The intracellular lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) active. Results The LDH activity of peritoneal macrophages in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group. The isozyme pattern of LDH was analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that LDH_ (3-4) in peritoneal macrophages ) Had a significant increase. Prompted by the activation of bee pollen, increased LDH_ (3-4) to activate macrophages and improve their phagocytic function and enhance immunity.
