介绍了430 m3高炉溜槽放料过程中的角度调节控制系统,说明了使用PLC为核心的电气控制系统来实现溜槽在放料过程中的角度调整,给出了控制系统的硬件结构和软件设计,系统充分利用了PLC可操作性强的特点,提高了系统的可靠性。
The angle adjustment control system in the discharging process of 430 m3 blast furnace chute is introduced. The electrical control system with PLC as the core is introduced to realize the angle adjustment of the chute in discharging process. The hardware structure and software design of the control system are given. System takes full advantage of the PLC operability characteristics, improve system reliability.
