为研究海洋平台往复压缩机的振动特征,应用谐波小波包变换对往复压缩机的振动进行分析,探讨不同频率下振动信号的能量分布特征.结果表明,在水平方向和垂直方向,往复压缩机振动能量主要集中在25 Hz和50 Hz的低频处,其他频率振动能量小,变化平稳;在轴向,往复压缩机振动能量向中高频扩展,在225 Hz处出现较大值.因此,谐波小波包变换可用于往复压缩机振动特征研究.
In order to study the vibration characteristics of reciprocating compressors on offshore platforms, the harmonic wavelet packet transform is used to analyze the vibration of reciprocating compressors, and the energy distribution characteristics of vibration signals at different frequencies are discussed. The results show that in both horizontal and vertical directions, reciprocating compressors The vibration energy is mainly concentrated at the low frequencies of 25 Hz and 50 Hz, the vibration energy of other frequencies is small and the variation is stable.
