用反相液相色谱 -柱前衍生法分析大鼠脑组织中的丙戊酸。采用脑组织碱化后水提 ,酸化后正己烷萃取的样品净化步骤 ,提高了分析灵敏度并减少了色谱干扰 ,其回收率平均为 80 5 %。脑组织中丙戊酸的线性范围为 0 1~ 2 0 μg/ 2 0 0mg ,最小检测量为 0 0 5 μg/ 2 0 0mg。最大RSD <5 74%。
Analysis of Valproic Acid in Rat Brain by Reversed Phase Liquid Chromatography - Precolumn Derivatization. The purification steps of water extraction and acidification n-hexane extraction after brain alkalization were used to improve the sensitivity and reduce the interference of chromatography. The average recoveries were 80.5%. The linear range of valproic acid in brain tissue was 0 1 ~ 20 μg / 200 mg and the minimum detection limit was 0 0 5 μg / 200 mg. The maximum RSD <5 74%.
