本文应用放射免疫法测定了４０例正常人，４８例无糖尿病肾病的糖尿病患者，３６例糖尿病肾病（临床期）患者血浆内皮江水平，结果显示糖尿病及糖尿病肾病患者血浆内皮素高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．００１），糖尿病肾病患者血浆内皮素高于无糖尿病肾病的糖尿病患者（Ｐ＜０．００１）。糖尿病肾病患者血浆内皮江水平与血糖、血尿素氮、血肌酐、２４小时尿蛋白定量无相关性。提示：血浆内皮素水平增高在糖尿病肾病发病中有重要作用。
In this paper, 40 cases of normal subjects, 48 cases of diabetic patients without diabetic nephropathy and 36 cases of diabetic nephropathy (clinical stage) plasma endothelin levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the plasma endothelin in diabetic and diabetic nephropathy patients was higher than that in normal people P <0.001). Plasma endothelin was higher in patients with diabetic nephropathy than in diabetic patients without diabetic nephropathy (P <0.001). There was no correlation between plasma endothelium level and blood glucose, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and 24-hour urinary protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Tip: Increased plasma endothelin levels play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.
