一、引言 把机架当作测厚计并进行厚度反馈控制的AGC(厚度自动调节系统)被Sims等发明以来,得到广泛地应用和发展。AGC系统的数学模型是弹跳方程:h=φ+P/M+ε_o通过实测压力P和辊缝Φ,就可以计算出轧件厚度h。由于校正系数ε、轧辊磨损、热膨胀和零件之间隙等不容易精确给定,故弹跳方程多用增量形式:△h=△φ+△P/M。厚度控制是通过测量△P,改变△φ,使△h≡0;该过程可以由模拟电路或计算机(DDC)实现。
I. INTRODUCTION AGC (Thickness Automatic Adjustment System) which uses the rack as a thickness gauge and controls thickness feedback has been widely applied and developed since it was invented by Sims et al. The mathematical model of the AGC system is the bouncing equation: h = φ + P / M + ε_o The rolling thickness h can be calculated from the measured pressure P and the roll gap Φ. Due to the correction coefficient ε, roll wear, thermal expansion and parts of the gap is not easy to accurately given, so the bouncing equation with incremental form: △ h = △ φ + △ P / M. Thickness control is achieved by measuring ΔP, changing Δφ such that Δh≡0; this can be done by an analog circuit or a computer (DDC).
