目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者胰岛素水平与脂代谢紊乱的关系。方法:分析2006-03/2008-09广西贵港市中西医结合骨科医院2型糖尿病患者200例,分为肥胖组(120例)和非肥胖组(80例),比较两组的胰岛素水平、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)。结果:肥胖组TG(1.95±1.27),显著高于非肥胖组(1.23±1.16);HDL(1.12±0.23),显著低于非肥胖组(1.53±0.29)。两组的TC、LDL无统计学差异。结论:2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗引起冠心病等心血管疾病是通过TG升高或HDL降低所致。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between insulin levels and dyslipidemia in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 200 type 2 diabetic patients with Integrative Medicine at Guigang Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region between March 2006 and September 2008 were divided into obesity group (n = 120) and non-obesity group (n = 80). The levels of insulin, TC, TG, HDL and LDL. Results: TG (1.95 ± 1.27) in obese group was significantly higher than that in non-obese group (1.23 ± 1.16), HDL (1.12 ± 0.23), significantly lower than that in non-obese group (1.53 ± 0.29). Two groups of TC, LDL no statistical difference. CONCLUSION: Cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease caused by insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes are caused by elevated TG or decreased HDL.
