文章描述了中国科学院近代物理研究所(IMP)正在研制的IMP质子治癌装置3D剂量测量系统。该系统主要由2D剖面探测器、辐照深度和剂量探测器、射程调整器等组成。其中,多级双维位置灵敏平行板雪崩探测器(MPPAC)使用C3F8作为工作气体,工作气压为700Pa,阳极电压为+700V。对3组分α粒子测得位置分辨为0.54mm(FWHM)。
The article describes the IMP proton cancer device 3D dosimetry system being developed by the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The system is mainly composed of 2D profile detectors, radiation depth and dose detectors, range regulators and other components. Among them, the multi-level two-dimensional position sensitive parallel plate avalanche detector (MPPAC) using C3F8 as the working gas, the working pressure is 700Pa, the anode voltage is + 700V. The 3 -particle alpha particle position resolution was 0.54 mm (FWHM).
