用电镜技术和体视学方法研究老年沙土鼠脑海马CA1区锥体细胞层和腔隙分子层神经毯内突触结构的变化,并与青年组相比较.结果显示:老年组较青年组锥体细胞层突触数减少20.94%,腔隙分子层减少12.32%;老年组腔隙分子层突触数密度为(0.568±0.074)/μm2,青年组为(0.663±0.075)/μm2;老年组锥体细胞层不清晰突触占该区突触总数的26.39%,青年组占23.93%.结果表明衰老时海马CA1区突触数目减少,不清晰突触代偿性增多,从而补偿了丢失突触的功能.
Electron microscopy and stereological methods were used to study the changes of synaptic structure in neuronal blanket of pyramidal and lacunar layers in gerbil hippocampal CA1 area of aged gerbils and compared with young group. The results showed that in the aged group, the synaptic number in the pyramidal cell layer decreased by 20.94% and the lacunar molecular layer decreased by 12.32% in the aged group, while the lamellar molecular layer in the aged group was (0.568 ± 0.074) ) / Μm2 in the young group and (0.663 ± 0.075) / μm2 in the young group. The number of synapses in the pyramidal cell layer of the elderly group accounted for 26.39% of the total number of synapses in the group, and 23.93% in the young group. The results show that the number of synapses in the hippocampal CA1 region is decreased and the compensatory increase of the unclear synapses compensates for the loss of synapse function.
