本文通过实际数据说明:国外井下动力钻具近年来获得了飞速发展,现在井下动力钻具不仅可打定向井、丛式井及处理事故等特殊作业,面且还可打地热井、直井。同时通过实例表明,在许多情况下,使用井下动力钻具打直井可比转盘钻更经济,因而正在现代钻井工程中发挥着愈来愈大的作用。本文还探讨了近年来井下动力钻具获得迅速发展的主要原因,简要说明了近年来国外在涡轮钻具结构上的几个改进方面及由此而取得了其性能、寿命上的重大突破,例如平均寿命超过100小时。此外,对单头单螺杆钻具和多头单螺杆钻具的性能进行了对比分析,指出近年来国外单头单螺杆钻具比多头单螺杆钻具发展要快,同时还对比了螺杆钻具与涡轮钻具的特点。最后,根据国外经验,结合我国国情,在继续发展转盘钻井技术的同时,必须大力提倡发展井下动力钻具。认为我国目前应优先发展带支承节的高速涡轮钻具、单头单螺杆钻具以及井下减速器、高速金刚石钻头。
In this paper, the actual data shows that: Downhole power tools overseas have achieved rapid development in recent years. Now, downhole power tools can not only direct directional wells, cluster wells and handle special accidents such as accidents, but also can hit geothermal wells and vertical wells. In the meantime, it is shown by examples that in many cases, it is more economical to drill vertical wells with downhole power tools than rotary turrets, and therefore, it is playing an increasingly important role in modern drilling projects. This article also explores the main reasons for the rapid development of downhole power tools in recent years, and briefly describes several improvements made in the structure of turbo-drill tools in foreign countries in recent years and the major breakthroughs in performance and life expectancy resulting from them, such as Average life expectancy more than 100 hours. In addition, the performance of single-screw single-screw and single-screw single-screw is comparatively analyzed. It is pointed out that single-screw single-screw is developing faster than single-screw single-screw in the recent years. Meanwhile, Turbine drill features. Finally, based on foreign experience and in light of China’s national conditions, we must vigorously promote the development of underground power tools while continuing to develop the technology of rotary drilling. It is considered that our country should give priority to the development of high-speed turbine drill belts with support joints, single-head single-screw drilling tools, downhole decelerators and high-speed diamond bits.
