目的 了解大鼠→兔异种造血嵌合体模型建立过程中受体兔体内的病理变化情况 .方法 Wister大鼠胸腺组织块及骨髓细胞移植给 4~ 5月龄雄性新西兰兔 ,于移植后 5 0 ,80 ,10 0 ,15 0 d,取受体兔的脏器标本 ,做 HE染色 ,胶原纤维染色( VG)及常规刚果红染色 .结果 虽然受体兔一般情况良好 ,无移植物抗宿主病 ( GVHD)的表现 ,但自骨髓移植后 GVHR一直在受体体内发生着 ,并于移植后 5 0 ,80 d的炎症反应较重 ;10 0 ,15 0 d时炎症反应较轻 .结论 该模型建立过程中受体兔体内发生了自限性 GVHR
Objective To understand the pathological changes of recipient rabbits in the establishment of rat-to-rabbit xenogeneic hematopoietic chimera model.Methods Wistar rats and thymus were transplanted to male New Zealand white rabbits aged 4-5 months, 80, 100, 150 days, and the specimens of the organs were collected and stained with hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, collagen fiber staining (VG) and conventional congo red staining.Results Although the recipient rabbits were generally in good condition and no graft-versus-host disease GVHD). However, GVHR occurred in recipients after bone marrow transplantation and had a severe inflammatory response at 50 and 80 days after transplantation. The inflammatory response was mild on day 10 and day 15. Conclusions The model was established Self-limited GVHR occurred in recipient rabbits in vivo
