本文介绍了用不同控制结构对浮选尾煤灰分含量和浮选药剂消耗控制系统精度的研究结果。研究采用了下列控制算法:预报控制器、飞利浦森控制器、P、PI、PID控制器。这些算法的分析使用的是以浮选机械数学动力学模型为基础的模拟法。讨论了控制算法参数设计规则,并确定了最佳结构和控制算法的有关控制评价标准。
In this paper, the results of research on the control system of flotation tailings content and flotation reagent consumption control system with different control structures are introduced. The following control algorithms are used in the study: Predictive Controller, Philips Semiconductors Controller, P, PI, PID Controller. The analysis of these algorithms uses a simulation based on a mathematical model of flotation mechanical dynamics. Discusses the parameter design rules of the control algorithm, and determines the relevant control evaluation criteria of the best structure and control algorithm.
