[目的]了解延安市大学生的心理健康状况,并提出相应干预措施以提高该市大学生心理健康水平。[方法]采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,抽取大学生1200名,使用SCL-90症状自评量表进行问卷调查。[结果]延安市大学生SCL-90分量表的8项因子平均分都高于全国青年组常模,仅人际关系敏感因子与全国青年组常模差异无统计学意义。各因子分≥3检出率在1.27%~7.11%之间,合计为31.30%。且各因子分≥3检出率在不同年级之间存在很大差异。新生各因子平均得分均低于老生。心理健康状况多因素分析发现,对于老生,就业前景、专业满意度被引进模型;而新生,就业前景、学习压力、专业满意度被引进模型。[结论]延安市大学生心理健康状况不容乐观,有区别地开展大学生心理卫生知识讲座,推行心理健康教育,开展主动的心理咨询和治疗工作,以提高大学生心理健康水平。
[Objective] To understand the mental health of college students in Yan’an and to propose corresponding interventions to improve the mental health of college students in Yan’an. [Methods] A total of 1,200 undergraduates were sampled by stratified random cluster sampling and questionnaires were conducted using SCL-90 symptom checklist. [Results] The average scores of 8 factors in SCL-90 subscale of college students in Yan’an were all higher than those in national youth group. There was no significant difference between norm of human relations and norm in national youth group. Each factor ≥3 detection rate of 1.27% ~ 7.11%, a total of 31.30%. And each factor score ≥ 3 detection rate in different grades there is a big difference. The average scores of new students are lower than the older students. Multivariate analysis of mental health status found that for seniors employment prospects and professional satisfaction were introduced into the model, while freshmen, employment prospects, study stress, and professional satisfaction were introduced into the model. [Conclusion] The mental health status of college students in Yan’an City is not optimistic. There are some lectures on mental health among college students, mental health education, and active psychological counseling and treatment so as to improve the mental health of college students.
