目的筛选提取鸡血藤总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交试验对提取工艺进行优化;分别以干浸膏得率和单位浸膏中总黄酮含量为指标,对提取工艺进行评价。结果最佳提取工艺条件为8倍量50%乙醇,超声波功率为100 W,提取时间为1.5 h,提取温度为80℃。结论该提取方法稳定、可行,为优化鸡血藤总黄酮的最佳提取工艺提供了参考依据。
Objective To screen the optimum conditions of extraction of total flavonoids from Millettia. Methods The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process. The yield of dry extract and the total flavonoid content in the unit extract were taken as indexes to evaluate the extraction process. Results The optimal extraction conditions were 8 times 50% ethanol, ultrasonic power 100 W, extraction time 1.5 h and extraction temperature 80 ℃. Conclusion The extraction method is stable and feasible, which provides a reference for optimizing the optimal extraction process of total flavonoids from Millettia.
